In summer 2003, Tyla Laura Seethal, who hails from South Africa, had people all over the world shaking our bumbum's (successfully or unsucscessfully) while attempting to pour water from a bottle on our backsides.  Though some TikTok's of this were downright hilarious, The Water Dance Challenge, did what it needed to do and introduced us to possibly the next global sensation, who goes by only one name- Tyla!  In her video- Truth or Dare, Tyla is giving major late '99 early 2000 vibes.
